SUCASA helps letting agencies and landlords keep their property compliance documents up to date. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and why. We will publish a full policy before public launch.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the properties you add, and the compliance documents you upload, such as gas safety, EICR, EPC and deposit certificates. We read dates and addresses from those documents so we can work out each property's Compliance Health.
Why we use it
To assess compliance, alert you before anything expires, and, when you ask us to, arrange certificate renewals on your behalf. We do not sell your data.
Where it lives
Documents are stored in encrypted object storage with access restricted to your account. Infrastructure is provided by Supabase and Vercel.
Cookies and tracking
Our website analytics are cookieless and always on. For marketing measurement we use third-party advertising cookies, which help us understand which adverts work. These only load if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer. If you reject, no marketing cookies are set.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. To make a request, email privacy@sucasa.rent.
