These are the draft terms for using SUCASA. We will publish the final version before public launch. By using the service you agree to the following.
What SUCASA is
A tool that organises your property compliance documents, tracks expiry dates, and surfaces a Compliance Health read per property. Where you instruct a renewal, we arrange a vetted engineer and pass the cost on to you.
Guidance, not legal advice
Compliance Health and our checklists are informational aids to help you stay on top of statutory requirements. They are not legal advice and do not replace your own due diligence or a professional adviser. Coverage is England (ASTs) at launch.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you upload and for meeting your legal obligations as a landlord or agent. SUCASA is not liable for penalties arising from lapsed or missing certificates.
Account and payment
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Certificate renewals are charged when you accept a quote. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
